Who held the floor

The host and Kyle tied for the most airtime — about nineteen percent each — which already tells you where the night was pointed. What's striking is how little the supposed antagonist spoke: West talked only the sixth-most, barely three minutes, despite being one of the most-discussed people in the room. He was the subject, not the speaker.

Minutes on the mic. Kyle gold, West hot-red, host muted.
Kyle and Andy tie at about 8.9 minutes; West sixth at 3.2.

The name Amanda kept returning to

Amanda's single most-spoken word is "Kyle" — her ex-husband's name, said ten times, ahead of every other word she used. Her vocabulary around it ("married," "felt," "rumors," "home," "talked") reads like someone relitigating a marriage in real time. Her sentiment backs it up: she's the only cast member besides West to land net-negative on the night.

And the room answered in kind. Kyle was named 54 times, the most of anyone — by Andy nineteen times, by West seven, by Amanda five. He spoke as much as the host and was still the thing everyone else was talking about.

Where the host pointed his questions

Andy said other people's names seventy-nine times — far more than anyone else, the signature of a host steering traffic. But the distribution is the story: nineteen "Kyle"s and sixteen "Amanda"s dwarf everything else. Where the host points his questions is where the producers think the drama lives, and he pointed squarely at the marriage.

West spoke the least, and the harshest

When West did speak, the tone was unmistakable. His single most-used word was "f**king" (ten times) — more than any name or any other word in his vocabulary — trailed by "f**k," "b**ch," and "bad." Forty percent of his lines scored negative, the highest share of anyone, and he's the only speaker with a net-negative average. Few words, sharp ones.

West highest at 40 percent negative, then KJ 32; Carl and Mia lowest.

Two quiet tells

First: Lindsay is the name Carl says most — his ex tops his word list (five times), ahead of his own career talk, even though he's there to discuss music and moving on. People say the name of who's still on their mind. Second: the room had three subjects, not one. Behind Kyle (54) and Amanda (36) sits West at 31 mentions — and unlike them he barely spoke, the sixth-most talkative person. He's discussed far more than he participates, the classic shape of someone being judged in absentia even while sitting in the room.

The tell

Carl → Lindsay

His ex's name is his most-spoken word, over career, music, everything.

The third subject

West

Named 31×, 4th-least talkative. Judged in absentia while in the room.

The loop

Amanda → Kyle

Says her ex-husband's name 10×, her top word. A marriage rehashed aloud.

The quiet villain

West

6th in airtime, 1st in negativity. Top word: "f**king."
